NO way. Are people really that dumb? I have seen a guy start his car on fire because he was smoking while he was filling his car with gas. He reached up and took the cigarette out of his mouth and while keeping the cigarette in his hand he uses that same hand to close his gas cap. Yep, I ran far from that idiot.
